We guarantee that your puppy will arrive healthy, safe, and free from any signs of illness or infection at the time of delivery.

Our Commitment to You

Our relationship with you does not end when your puppy goes home. As experienced breeders and lifelong Maltese lovers, we remain available to offer guidance and support throughout your puppy’s life.

While we do everything possible to raise healthy puppies, a dog’s long-term health depends on many factors including genetics, nutrition, exercise, environment, and overall care.

We understand that a puppy quickly becomes a beloved family member and can never truly be replaced. However, in the rare and heartbreaking event that something unexpected occurs, we are committed to supporting you.

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Your puppy is covered by a 1-year genetic health guarantee from the date of purchase.

If, within the first year, your puppy:

  • Passes away due to a congenital or hereditary condition, or
  • Is diagnosed with a serious genetic disorder that significantly affects quality of life

We will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost.

To validate the guarantee:

  • The condition must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian
  • A written veterinary report must be emailed to us for review

Required Health Check After Arrival

To activate your health guarantee, you must:

Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival.

Please email us a copy of the veterinary health examination report.

This early check ensures your puppy has arrived safely and helps establish care with your local veterinarian.

Vaccination & Preventative Care

Your puppy arrives with:

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations
  • Deworming treatment
  • Veterinary health certificate

Because your puppy has already started their vaccination schedule, you should continue booster vaccinations, deworming, and routine vet visits as recommended by your veterinarian until at least 16 weeks of age and beyond.

Proper ongoing care is essential to maintaining your puppy’s health and keeping this guarantee valid.

Veterinary Health Examination Before Delivery

Before travel, every puppy undergoes a full veterinary health check covering:

  • Heart & cardiovascular system
  • Skin and coat condition
  • Eyes, ears, mouth, teeth and gums
  • Respiratory system
  • Musculoskeletal system
  • Digestive system
  • Urogenital health

A licensed veterinarian issues a Veterinary Health Certificate confirming your puppy is fit for travel.
If any serious concern is identified, the puppy will not be shipped.

What Is Not Covered

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Failure to provide routine veterinary care
  • Spaying or neutering costs
  • Undescended testicles
  • Minor, non-genetic or preventable conditions
  • Illness caused by neglect, injury, or poor nutrition
